Vail Jazz presents ten FREE outdoor concerts featuring local and regionally-based jazz talent at the Vail Farmers’ Market and Art Show. The jazz concerts are a natural complement to the fabulous shopping and wonderful food for which the casual outdoor market is known.

Vail Jazz @ The Remedy is all about the passion of combining exceptional cocktails, artisinal eats, and great jazz. Each Sunday night throughout the summer, The Remedy hosts a stellar roster of top jazzers–led by Vail’s ubiquitous keyboard/vocal gem, Tony Gulizia–seasoned with visiting jazz luminaries.

Time: 12:00 am

An invitational lacrosse tournament for men and women featuring a large span of age divisions including Under 19 High School Divisions for boys and girls; Elite Divisions for men and women (collegiate and post-collegiate players); Masters Divisions for men & women between 30 & 40; a Supermasters Division for men between 40 & 50; a Grandmasters Division for men 50 and over and a Zenmasters Division for men 60 & over. Each Division plays over a period of 3 or 4 days. The tournament also hosts a youth lacrosse clinic for boys from 7 to 12. In 2018, we are looking into partnering with the Vail Valley youth lacrosse leagues and/or Casey Powell\'s World Lacrosse Foundation to host a 3 v 3 Chumash youth event.

* Vail Whitewater Race SeriesVail Whitewater Race Series

The Vail Whitewater Race Series gives local and visiting kayakers, stand up paddle boarders and two-person raft teams the opportunity to race down Gore Creek from the Covered Bridge to the International Bridge during the peak runoff period in May and June. Each week a different course/format is featured to test competitors skills and provide exciting spectator viewing. An awards party takes place after each event at a local restaurant. The races takes place every Tuesday from 5 - 7pm. The series is presented by the Town of Vail, Alpine Quest Sports and the Vail Recreation District.

With shows ranging from rock to country to bluegrass to funk and beyond, the Hot Summer Nights has become synonymous with summer for locals and visitors alike. Throngs of music lovers gather at the Amphitheater each week to enjoy sunshine, picnics, friends and incredible free music. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and all shows start at 6:30 p.m. Come to the amphitheater early and enjoy Hot Summer Happy Hour with food and drink specials from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
