About Us
Vantage Point-Vail is located in the heart of Lionshead Village. You can easily walk (only 265 steps) to the Vail ski school, Eagle-Bahn Gondola, and Chairlift 8. Fabulous restaurants, bars and retail stores surround the condominium complex. Take the free Town of Vail bus or walk to Vail Village! Check out the calendar for events – there’s always something going on! Enjoy the great location and the many amenities on property including two year-round hot tubs and a seasonal pool.
We do not offer in-house reservations, so the best way to book your trip is to use Google to search for your accommodations. There are many different owner-managed and management companies renting our condos, so you should be able to find exactly what you’re looking for!

Dave and Dawn Moe are originally from northern Illinois and moved to Denver in 1994. In 1998, they ended up in the Vail Valley and decided to stay and rear their two daughters here.
Dave, who goes by Moe, started as a maintenance man at Vantage Point-Vail in October, 2003. He’s the guy everyone knows and is always asking how everyone’s doing and letting them know about the hot tubs!
Dawn was the Front Office Manager at the Westwind at Vail from 2002 – 2015. She is a licensed Community Association Manager, Realtor, and Notary Public.
In October, 2015, Dave was promoted to Facilities Manager and Dawn accepted the General Manager position. With over 50 years of combined hospitality experience, they are excited to excel and improve the Vantage Point-Vail property.
